International Data Transfers

Some of the services integrated into our website (e.g., Google Maps, YouTube) may also involve the
transfer of personal data to countries and service providers outside Switzerland and the EU.

Data Transfer to Bluehost

Personal data collected through our website and applications is stored and processed by Bluehost, which operates in the United States. Bluehost implements the latest data protection measures to ensure the security and protection of personal data.

Bluehost’s data protection practices align with the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). However, the United States is not currently considered one of the countries that automatically provides an adequate level of data protection under these regulations.

In such cases, we strive to work exclusively with service providers who offer appropriate safeguards – such as the implementation of EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) – or who ensure the compliance of data transfers by other recognized means.

Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

The personal data is transferred to Bluehost solely for the purpose of providing services, operating the online features you request, and maintaining appropriate security measures.

The legal basis for data processing is your explicit consent and the data processing agreement.
